Responsibilities

Mason (3 Positions)
As a mason, your key responsibilities will include:

Laying bricks, blocks, and stone to build structures such as walls and foundations.
Mixing and applying mortar or other binding materials.
Reading and interpreting blueprints to ensure accurate construction.
Installing tiles, plaster, and other finishing materials.
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment at all times.

Labor (3 Positions)
As a laborer in the construction site, your duties will include:

Assisting skilled workers with various tasks such as material handling and equipment operation.
Cleaning and preparing the construction site.
Carrying tools, materials, and supplies to different areas on the site.
Helping in the mixing and preparation of construction materials.
Supporting safety protocols and ensuring the site remains organized.

Steel Fixer (1 Position)
As a steel fixer, you will be responsible for:

Installing and fixing steel reinforcement bars (rebar) for concrete structures.
Reading and interpreting construction drawings to accurately place the steel reinforcement.
Ensuring all steel work is completed according to safety standards and specifications.
Tying, bending, and securing rebar into position to strengthen concrete.
Performing other tasks as required by the project needs.

Shuttering Carpenter (1 Position)
As a shuttering carpenter, your duties will include:

Constructing and assembling the formwork (shuttering) needed to pour concrete into molds.
Ensuring the formwork is securely in place and able to withstand the pressure of the concrete.
Measuring and cutting wood, plywood, or metal according to project specifications.
Collaborating with other team members to ensure a smooth workflow.
Maintaining high standards of quality and safety at the worksite.

Qualifications

The following qualifications are required for each position:

Mason

Proven experience as a mason or in a similar role in construction.
Knowledge of different masonry techniques and materials.
Ability to read and understand construction blueprints.
Strong physical stamina and attention to detail.

Labor

Previous experience in construction labor is preferred but not required.
Ability to carry heavy loads and work in physically demanding conditions.
Good communication skills and a willingness to follow instructions.

Steel Fixer

Experience in steel fixing or reinforcing steel in concrete construction.
