Responsibilities:
As an Admin in the Construction division, your duties will involve various administrative tasks aimed at supporting the team and ensuring project success. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Administrative Support:
    • Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to various departments or individuals in the construction division.
    • Assist in managing the Managing Director’s and Engineers’ agendas, scheduling appointments, and organizing board meetings.
  2. Meeting Coordination and Documentation:
    • Attend meetings, take detailed minutes, and ensure that key action points are recorded.
    • Help in organizing meetings, managing schedules, and ensuring that all involved parties are informed.
  3. Phone and Correspondence Management:
    • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, screen them, and redirect them as necessary.
    • Manage and prioritize correspondence such as emails, letters, and packages.
  4. Document Management:
    • Ensure that all documents, both electronic and physical, are organized and stored securely.
    • Maintain accurate and accessible records for all administrative activities.
  5. Financial and Bookkeeping Support:
    • Prepare invoices and assist in generating financial statements.
    • Provide support in bookkeeping tasks to ensure financial accuracy and accountability.
  6. Construction Quality Control:
    • Monitor and implement an effective construction quality control program, ensuring adherence to regulations.

Qualifications:
