We are urgently seeking an Architect or Interior Design Engineer with experience in Mechanical/Electrical BIM Modeling to join our growing team in Doha, Qatar. Job Responsibilities

In this position, your key responsibilities will include:

BIM Modeling: Use BIM tools and software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD) to create detailed and accurate 3D models of mechanical and electrical systems integrated within the overall architecture and interior design of buildings.
Architectural and Interior Design: Collaborate with other team members to create innovative architectural and interior design solutions for projects, considering the functionality and aesthetics of the spaces.
Coordination of Systems: Ensure that mechanical and electrical systems are properly integrated into the architectural designs, coordinating between the design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Project Planning and Execution: Work closely with project managers and engineers to support the planning, design, and execution phases of architectural projects, ensuring all systems meet project specifications and codes.
Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and assistance to junior engineers, architects, and other team members, ensuring that the design process aligns with project goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

To apply for this position, the following qualifications are required:

Educational Requirements: A Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in architectural or interior design engineering, with a strong emphasis on BIM modeling for mechanical and electrical systems.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and other design modeling tools for both architectural and mechanical/electrical design.
Knowledge of Engineering Systems: Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems within architectural design projects.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve design issues related to mechanical and electrical integration in architectural projects.
