Responsibilities

- Managing Cleaning & Housekeeping Operations: Oversee daily operations of cleaning and housekeeping for residential towers, hotels, and high-rise buildings. Ensure that all tasks are carried out according to set standards.
- Team Management: Supervise a team of 40-50 staff members. Create work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure that all staff are properly trained and equipped to meet the job’s demands.
