Key Responsibilities:
- Chef De Partie: Manage a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring all dishes are prepared and presented to high standards.
- Executive Sous Chef & Sous Chef: Oversee kitchen operations, supervise kitchen staff, and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Commis I/II – Pastry Chef: Prepare and cook pastries, desserts, and other baked goods, maintaining the highest quality.
- Commis I/II – Bakery Chef: Assist in baking and preparing bread, cakes, and other bakery items to perfection.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle a fast-paced environment.
- Creativity and passion for cooking.
