Responsibilities
As a Commis Chef in the Savories Section, your duties will include but are not limited to the following:
- Food Preparation
- Assist in preparing the ingredients for savory dishes according to the menu and recipe specifications.
- Prepare, cook, and plate savory food in accordance with restaurant standards to ensure high-quality results.
- Handle different kitchen equipment to chop, slice, and cook ingredients, maintaining high hygiene standards at all times.
