Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for excellent customer service. Your duties will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
  • Building strong, lasting relationships with customers.
  • Assisting the sales team by promoting and recommending products to increase sales.
  • Translating product-related information to ensure clear communication on our website.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • 0-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A passion for providing excellent customer service and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).
