Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for excellent customer service. Your duties will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
- Building strong, lasting relationships with customers.
- Assisting the sales team by promoting and recommending products to increase sales.
- Translating product-related information to ensure clear communication on our website.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A passion for providing excellent customer service and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).
