As a Barista, your primary role will be to prepare and serve coffee, espresso, and other beverages to our customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner. Responsibilities

As a Barista, your main tasks and duties will include:

Preparing Coffee and Beverages:
- Brew coffee, espresso, and other specialty drinks according to our established recipes.
- Use espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment efficiently to prepare high-quality beverages.
- Ensure drinks are made quickly, accurately, and to the highest standards of taste and presentation.
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service by being friendly, welcoming, and attentive.
- Take and process orders efficiently and with a positive attitude.
- Engage with customers and help create a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere.
Maintaining Cleanliness:
- Ensure that your workspace is clean and organized.
- Keep equipment, countertops, and seating areas sanitized and ready for customers at all times.
- Refill stock, clean utensils, and dispose of waste as needed.
Cash Handling and Transactions:
- Handle customer payments accurately and efficiently.
- Process cash, credit, and digital payments while ensuring accurate change or receipts are provided.
- Maintain cash register or POS systems.
Teamwork:
- Collaborate with team members, including other baristas, kitchen staff, and managers, to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with the team to manage busy periods and address customer needs promptly.
Inventory Management:
- Help track inventory of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies.
