Introduction to the Job

As a Digital Marketer with a focus on social media management, you will be responsible for developing and executing online marketing strategies. You will actively engage with our customers, build relationships, and ensure that our products get the exposure they deserve. Your creativity will shine through in your social media posts, reels, and photos, all aimed at driving engagement and brand awareness.

Responsibilities

Market products online through various digital platforms.
Manage and maintain social media accounts (Meta platforms) by posting engaging content, including reels, photos, and updates.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries related to products, providing helpful and accurate information.
Collaborate with the store and accounts team to ensure smooth coordination and fulfillment of product needs.
Monitor and analyze social media performance, making adjustments to improve reach and engagement.
Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and digital marketing tools.

Qualifications

3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management.
Fluent in Arabic (both written and spoken).
Proven experience in content creation (photos, reels, etc.) and product marketing.
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with customers effectively.
