Job Responsibilities

Indian Chinese Chef: As the Chef, you will be responsible for preparing authentic and delicious Indian Chinese dishes with consistent quality. You’ll manage the kitchen, ensure food safety, and lead your team to create outstanding dishes for our guests.

Qualifications

For the Indian Chinese Chef position:

Minimum 10 years of experience in Indian Chinese cuisine.
Proven ability to prepare a variety of Indian Chinese dishes with expertise and consistency.
Leadership skills to manage the kitchen staff and maintain high culinary standards.

For the Captain position:

At least 5 years of experience in a restaurant environment, ideally in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to coordinate between the kitchen and front of house for a seamless experience.
