We are looking for a skilled Data Entry/Admin Assistant to join our team at a leading construction and concrete company in Kuwait. Job Responsibilities

As a Data Entry/Admin Assistant, your role will include:

  • Managing and entering data accurately into the company’s system.
  • Assisting in day-to-day administrative tasks such as file management, record keeping, and data organization.
  • Maintaining and updating databases and reports to ensure accuracy.
  • Handling correspondence and communication related to administrative duties.
  • Supporting the team in the smooth operation of the office.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Preferably Male candidates.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry or administrative support.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently.
  • Visa 18 (Ahli or Factory) is required.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
