Job Responsibilities
As a Data Entry/Admin Assistant, your role will include:
- Managing and entering data accurately into the company’s system.
- Assisting in day-to-day administrative tasks such as file management, record keeping, and data organization.
- Maintaining and updating databases and reports to ensure accuracy.
- Handling correspondence and communication related to administrative duties.
- Supporting the team in the smooth operation of the office.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Preferably Male candidates.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry or administrative support.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.).
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently.
- Visa 18 (Ahli or Factory) is required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
