We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated individual to fill the role of Management or Operations Manager. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a background in managing large teams and operations. The successful candidate will oversee HR and administration functions, bridge communication between employees and management, and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations. Responsibilities
As the Management or Operations Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

Overseeing HR Operations: Manage the HR department, including payroll, employee benefits, and recruitment for a company with over 9000 employees.
Team Leadership: Lead and manage teams in HR, administration, and other departments. You will oversee a team of 20 people and guide them to meet organizational goals.
Communication Link: Act as a bridge between management and employees, handling inquiries, interpreting and administering contracts, and resolving work-related issues.
Strategic Planning: Develop strategies to improve overall efficiency and performance in the HR and administrative functions of the company.
Budgeting and Resource Management: Track office budgets, manage travel arrangements, and ensure efficient resource allocation for staff and operations.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve work-related problems by using your expertise in managing complex situations and finding effective solutions.
Compliance: Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed in HR and administrative operations.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on HR and administrative activities to senior management and offer suggestions for improvement.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining excellent communication across all levels of the company.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, applicants should meet the following qualifications:

Experience: At least 15 years of experience in management, operations, HR, or administration, with a proven track record in overseeing large teams and handling complex operations.
Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in business management, human resources, or a related field.
Strong Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing and motivating teams, with the ability to guide and influence people towards achieving business goals.
Proficiency in Software: Strong skills in Microsoft Office, TeamViewer, and other software tools for managing office budgets, tracking travel arrangements, and facilitating remote operations.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address work-related issues effectively.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees, management, and clients.
Multitasking Ability: Ability to handle a variety of tasks efficiently and manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing focus on key responsibilities.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
