Introduction to the Job

As an MEP Incharge, you will be responsible for managing the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems within a hotel. This role requires attention to detail, strong leadership, and the ability to ensure that all systems run efficiently and safely. We are looking for an individual who can take charge and lead a team to success in maintaining these vital systems.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage the maintenance of all MEP systems in the hotel.
Ensure that all systems are working effectively and efficiently, meeting safety standards.
Lead a team of technicians, guiding them in repairs and maintenance tasks.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and report to management.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar MEP Incharge role, preferably in the hotel industry.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
Indian candidates are preferred for this position.
Experience in the hotel industry is required for this role.
