Key Responsibilities
As a Secretary cum Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to the management team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Organizing and managing executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Drafting, reviewing, and distributing correspondence, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.
- Managing confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Overseeing office operations, such as inventory management and procurement processes.
- Facilitating communication between internal teams and external partners to support business operations.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of professionalism and discretion.
- Experience managing complex schedules and handling sensitive information.
